is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor
to oversee civil construction projects in Katherine, NT
.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate site records, and report on project milestones
- Liaise with project management and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Provide leadership and foster a positive, productive team environment
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, with experience in $5M+ builds
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with schools and defence projects is desirable
