are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor.
This is a permanent position with our valued client in the food production industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist and be a part of an exciting new chapter, transitioning to a state-of-the-art greenfield site with cutting-edge robotic equipment and processes
- You'll lead a team of passionate key operators and production staff
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance are consistently met
- Empower your team to reach new heights of productivity and engagement
- Drive a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused culture
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively engage and motivate a diverse workforce
- Proficient in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable process improvements
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Engineering
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
