Job Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors to oversee commercial and civil construction projects at the Tindal RAAF Base in Katherine, NT. These roles require strong leadership, project management expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes.

We welcome candidates interested in relocating to Katherine and will provide housing/accommodation for the project's duration. Candidates must be able to relocate at their own expense and will be on site until project completion in 2026. Competitive remuneration and career development opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial and civil construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality, budget, and safety parameters.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Oversee compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) requirements.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to achieve financial objectives.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate site records, and report on project milestones.
  • Oversee technically complex projects ranging from $1M to $20M.
  • Utilise MS Project and MS Office Suite for project management tasks.
Our Ideal Candidate:  
  • Project Manager: Degree-qualified in Construction Management or a related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management.
  • Site Supervisor: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction.
  • Proven ability to manage projects valued at $5M or more.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
  • Australian Citizenship required.
  • Experience with Defence and school projects is advantageous but not essential.
  • Willingness to relocate to Katherine at own expense (accommodation provided) and remain onsite until project completion in 2026.
