is seeking an experienced Project Manager
to oversee commercial construction projects in Katherine, NT
. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality, budget, and safety parameters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and guidance
- Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to achieve financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) requirements
- Oversee technically complex projects ranging from $1M to $20M
- Utilise MS Project and MS Office Suite for project management tasks
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven ability to manage projects valued at $5M or more
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage subcontractors
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Australian Citizenship required
- Experience with Defence projects is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to travel regularly to Tindal with overnight stays
