Celotti Workforce are seeking Project Engineer for work on an open cut mine in the NT.
- Rosters are negotiable, preferable a 5/2/4/3 or 8/6
- Interstate candidates are welcome but will need to cover costs to fly to Darwin.
- Meals, accommodation, and flights (from Darwin) included
- Roles are ongoing
Job duties:
- Support the Project Manager/Leads as well as manage two smaller projects.
- Provide daily support, team supervision and feedback to operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Assist with ensuring projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule, following the Management Framework (CMF).
- Interact daily with Site Supervisors, Project Managers and other project personnel, providing assistance and technical support.
- Ensuring the technical aspects of project delivery are resourced and completed.
- Proven management of small to mid-scale capital projects and teams within the mining or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and best practices.
- Have excellent ability to inspire, motivate, and supervise a diverse workforce, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Experience with strong Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
- Solid experience working with project & budgets
- Role would suit a Mechanical Engineer.
- Formal Qualifications in Project Management: (Beneficial)
