is partnering with a leading civil construction company in search of a Procurement Administrator
to support their Pipe Crew Teams across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to gain hands-on experience in procurement within the infrastructure sector. Based at the company’s Head Office on the Sunshine Coast, you will assist in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials for pipe and infrastructure projects.
This role is open to candidates seeking relocation, and the company is flexible with notice periods for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with and support the pipe crew project teams, resolving procurement queries.
- Complete take-offs for site works, including sewer, stormwater, and water projects.
- Create and issue purchase orders for materials.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the procurement team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the civil construction industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport are required.
