Celotti Workforce
is seeking an experienced Compactor Operator
to join a bulk earthworks crew on a large subdivision project in the Moreton Bay Region.

Role & Responsibilities:
As a Compactor Operator you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Use various types of compactors (padfoot, smooth drum and, multi-wheel) to compact soil, gravel and asphalt.
- Assist in preparing surfaces for subdivisions, roads, and other civil structures by compacting materials to the required density.
- Work alongside other operators and earthmoving equipment to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Conduct pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and report any mechanical issues.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
- Pay: $47-50/hour + Penalties + Allowances

- Proven experience operating compactor in bulk earthworks (subdivisions, road, civil sites)
- Familiarity with construction tools and heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
