Job Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our client on a major roadwork and infrastructure project in Rosewood, QLD . With 6 months remaining, this role offers ongoing work and a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and supervise small teams of Operators and Labourers
  • Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Read and interpret construction plans
  • Maintain and enforce on-site safety procedures
  • Operate machinery as required (with appropriate tickets)
Our Ideal Candidate: 
  • Proven experience in civil construction (road work, intersection upgrades, pipework, and pavement)
  • White Card
  • Machinery tickets (highly advantageous)
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to workplace safety and compliance
