Administrator – Laverton, VIC

Our client is seeking an administration person to join their team for a 4-6 week period.
  • Laverton VIC location
  • School hours – 8.30am – 2.30pm
  • Small Friendly team
Our client is a rapidly growing transport equipment company specialising in the mining and construction sectors, with strategically placed depots across Australia.

An opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join the Melbourne (Laverton) team for a 4-6 week period, working 8.30am – 2.30pm (some flexibility with hours).

This position is primarily responsible for:

  • reception duties and first point of contact, meet and greet of clients;
  • ensuring all equipment is ‘Hire Ready’ at all times;
  • servicing clients in a proactive and timely manner; and
  • completing associated data entry and paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion.

Our ideal candidate:

  • has administration experience, experience in transport operations/logistics advantageous;
  • has experience in customer service and/or sales & marketing;
  • is a generally competent and well presented person;
  • takes a proactive, hands-on approach to work;
  • works well with tight and competing deadlines; and,
  • has good computer skills.
