Celotti Workforce is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent staff to the building, infrastructure and resource sectors across Australia. Our clients are primarily involved in major engineering and construction projects and the follow-on operations of such projects. We are currently particularly focussed on the QLD & NT markets.

An opportunity for a driven individual with a mechanical background, preferably with Volvo experience (but not essential), to lead our team of mechanics and trade assistants.

Responsibilities will include:
– Full control of all workshop activities reporting directly to the Branch Manager and National Workshop Manager.
– Repairs and maintenance in line with company policies and procedures.
– Allocate workshop activities in conjunction with our fleet control.
– Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to maintain cost efficiencies.
– Communication with customers regarding annual inspections and servicing
– Maintain workshop budget and KPI’s.
– Action or delegate 24/7 service for breakdowns.
– Data entry of job cards and maintenance records.
– Applicants must be able to multi task and have good communication skills.
