Celotti Workforce is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue and white-collar staff, to the building, infrastructure and resource sectors across Australia. Our clients are primarily involved in major engineering and construction projects and the follow-on operations of such projects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client in their successful Heavy Equipment Hire business based in their Melbourne, VIC site.

This position is primarily responsible for:

  • reception duties and first point of contact, meet and greet of clients;
  • ensuring all equipment is ‘Hire Ready’ at all times;
  • maintaining database, Plant control and tracking systems to ensure smooth business operations;
  • servicing clients in a proactive and timely manner; and
  • completing associated data entry and paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate:

  • has administration experience, experience in transport operations/logistics advantageous;
  • has experience in customer service and/or sales & marketing;
  • is a generally competent and well presented person;
  • takes a proactive, hands-on approach to work; and
  • has good computer skills.
