Celotti Australia ZeroHarm

Celotti Australia is very proud to announce that we’ve joined the Zero Harm at Work Leadership Program (ZHAWLP).

We strongly believe that achieving a positive workplace health and safety culture is the key to managing workplace health and safety effectively.  Through our participation in the Zero Harm at Work Leadership Program we can make a significant contribution to influencing strong work health and safety practices in our own organisation and motivate our clients, Workforce and broader industry to higher standards.  Three key initiatives that will assist us in demonstrating our safety leadership commitment are:

Commit to continued safety leadership improvement
Using  the essential principles outlined in “Linking business and safety through leadership” (recently developed by WHSQ), we will achieve a positive safety culture and behaviours. Through our actions and practices we will demonstrate strong commitment to WHS and injury management throughout our business.

Regional engagement program
We will be participating actively in a range of industry forums and networks that will be held throughout Queensland in 2014 to increase regional participation in the ZHAWLP program.  We aim to forge partnerships that promote innovative ideas and best practice in WHS and injury management.

ZHAWLP logo
Using the ZHAWLP logo we will promote our membership in the program and increase awareness of this important WHS initiative.
